The Bavaria Vision 44 Deck-Saloon is the “performance” design of J & J Architects.  Moonsong is MCA coded for up to 8 Crew.
Ideal for the competent sailor who will enjoy the large cockpit, spacious & bright interior with lots of headroom.

Above decks she has a furling Genoa and a new fully battened Mainsail (Saturn Sails) with an easy drop system. She is equiped with an electric winch to make that anchoring easy. In the large cockpit she has Twin wheels, a fold-down dining table, & transom gate.
The Navigation Instruments and Autopilot are all Raymarine.
The B & G Colour Plotter was fitted in 2016 and is now mounted at a good viewing height.  A really excellent piece of kit.
The superbly reliable  Volvo 75hp Turbo enables motoring at 7-plus knots and is sensitive enough to allow for easy Marina berthing.
There is a dinghy and 2.3hp outboard.
Below decks, the Deck-Saloon design presents an exceptionally bright stylish interior, in Cherry Mahogany.

There is a fully-equiped L-shaped Galley, with Upright Fridge, chest coolbox, twin sinks and abundant storage area.

The accommodation is very good. At the bow there is a  luxurious master double cabin with dedicated en-suite toilet/heads, shower and wash basin.
Twin identical aft cabins offer plenty of space with excellent headroom and long bunks.
The saloon has the dining table fit that allows conversion to a generous double bunk.
The second toilet/heads, shower and washbasin is accessed from the saloon.
There is central heating to all cabins and saloon, provided by the Eberspacher D5L Warm Air system. It is programmable and provides the crew with somewhere warm for those cool early and late season evenings..

Moonsong is fully MCA Coded for 8 for Commercial purposes, with full safety package.
She is Cat. 2 Registered and can be sailed within 60 miles from a safe haven.


Designed by J & J for Bavaria as the Performance cruiser , she is easily managed and sea-kindly in all weathers. She has been sailed  extensively in The Clyde, Irish Sea, Outer Hebrides, North to Orkney and beyond.     She is based in Largs Yacht Haven.

Moonsong is a suberbly equipped boat for the discerning Sailor.  

Skipper should hold RYA Yachtmaster Practical, or equivalent experience.
